Hampton U Online Announces 24/7 Student Services

In an effort to ensure the maximum level of student satisfaction, Hampton U Online has implemented a variety of new services available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We understand that access is a major issue for our students, the majority of whom are adults with pressing demands from work, family or other sources. For this reason, Hampton U Online offers the following services:

  • 24/7 admissions and registration support. Our subject matter experts will walk students through the application process, assist with key registration functions such as add/drop and transcript requests, answer how-to questions ranging from proof of enrollment to loan deferment, and answer informational questions about key dates, application and registration status.
  • A Financial Aid office with 24/7 support. Our financial aid experts will walk students through federal processes, such as the FAFSA and obtaining a PIN, school processes, such as completing an online mastery promissory note, how-to questions for first time applicants, and informational questions about the status of the student’s package and any missing or incomplete items.
  • A Business office with student accounts support 24/7. Our student accounts office will assist students seeking reimbursements, answer questions about the status of refunds and pending balances, and provide information on payment plans and options.
  • A Help Desk with 24/7 support. Our IT office will help students with a number of computer related issues including HUNet and Blackboard.
